This split-level villa has a spacious open plan living room with DSTV and log fire, dining area and well equipped open-plan kitchen that leads onto the dining veranda.
A washing machine and dryer are installed in the adjoining double garage and braai facilities provided on the verandas, which have views over the farm’s vineyards, Walker Bay and the Kogel valley.

The Plover’s three large bedrooms – each with magnificent views – are en-suite with shower and bath.
The villa’s verandas – overlooking olive groves, lavender fields and vineyards with the Kogel valley and Walker Bay in the distance – surrounding the house offer spectacular views in every direction or enjoy the views from the jacuzzi under the gazebo next to the swimming pool set into natural rock.
